Dr. Sean Ebrahimian

Dr. Sean Ebrahimian, better known to his patients as “Dr. E”, graduated in the top of his class and received his DDS, Doctor of Dental Surgery from the prestigious University of Southern California in 1997. He is the founder and owner of Sherman Oaks Dental Care and Columbus Dental Care.

He has taken great pride in building state-of-the-art offices which are both comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. In order to better serve his patients, he has spent many hours in continuing education, with special training in many aspects of dentistry. Dr. E is trained in orthodontics, LANAP (Laser Assisted New Attachment Procedure) gum surgery, implant, and cosmetic dentistry. His vast knowledge allows him to give his patients the most thorough and concise treatment.

Dr. E has been living in southern California for most of his life. He is happily married to his beautiful wife, Elizabeth, an attorney, and they have 3 amazing children: Lauren, Jackie, and Aaron (and a sweet yellow Labrador, Bella).

In his spare time Dr. E enjoys spending time with his family, fine dining, reading, working out, skiing, boating, playing basketball, and coaching little league basketball and soccer.

Dr. Hsu, D.D.S, M.D
Oral Surgeon

Dr. Hsu earned his dental degree from Columbia University’s College of dental Medicine and his Medical degree from the College of Physicians and Surgeons at Columbia University. He then completed the residency program in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at New York Presbyterian Hospital/Columbia University Medical Center. Dr. Hsu served as Assistant Clinical Professor at Columbia University and worked in a Private Practice before relocating to Southern California.

Dr. Hsu has received extensive training in dental implant surgery, bone grafting procedures, and dentoalveolar surgery, orthonagtic/corrective jaw surgery and cosmetic facial injectables.

Dr. Hsu hobbies are film, fitness,hiking,playing tennis, and basketball.

Dr. Hsu and staff seek to provide high quality service that is informative, safe, and comfortable.

Paula G. Elmi, D.M.D.
Endodontist

Dr. Elmi practices in our Sherman Oaks office location. In 1999 she graduated from Occidental College located in Eagle Rock California with a major in Biology and a minor in Geology. One year following her graduation, she moved to Boston, Massachusetts to attend Harvard School of Dental Medicine. During her time there, she did research in Clinical Computational Anatomy in the Visible Human Project. After graduating from Harvard in 2004 with her DMD degree, Dr. Elmi stayed in Boston to complete her advanced training in Endodontics at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. Her Endodontic Specialty Certificate was awarded to her in June 2006. She has been practicing in our office since November 2006. Some of Dr. Elmi's hobbies include cooking, playing guitar and piano.

Jay Sison, D.D.S., D.M.Sc.

Dr. Jay Sison is known for his gentle and creative touch. He enjoys helping each of his patients improve their health, appearance, and self-esteem by creating the smile of their dreams,and also maintaining the health and function of their teeth, gums, and bite.

He earned his Graduation from UCLA School of Dentistry in 1998 and completed his Doctor of Medical Science at Harvard School of Dental Medicine in 2003. Advanced education and continuing dental study allows him to offer his patients a very superior dental experience and an unparalleled level of quality care with the use of latest technology along with his personal magical touch. His academic track record and sincere commitment to his patient's well being, only shows his "Excellence" in everything he does.
